Elena receives a call from Iván, her six-year-old son, who tells her that he is lost on a beach in France and that he cannot find his father. Those desperate words from her son were the last she heard from him.
Ten years later, Elena lives on the same beach where her son disappeared, works as a manager in a restaurant and seems to be starting to emerge from that dark tunnel in which she has been anchored for so long.
Her life takes a new turn when she meets Jean, a French teenager who reminds her of her son. A strong connection emerges between them that will end up sowing chaos and mistrust around them.
